Refund Policy
Effective date: July 21, 2026
30-day money-back guarantee
If you are not satisfied with a new shared hosting plan, you may request a full refund of the hosting fee within 30 days of your initial purchase. This applies to first-time purchases of a hosting plan.
What is non-refundable
- Domain names — registrations, renewals, and transfers are non-refundable, because we pay the domain registry for them as soon as they are processed.
- Setup fees — any one-time setup charges are non-refundable.
- Renewals — the 30-day guarantee applies to your initial purchase, not to later renewal terms.
After the first 30 days
After the 30-day window, hosting fees for the current term are non-refundable. However, there is no long-term contract — you can cancel at any time to stop future renewals, and your service will continue until the end of the term you already paid for.
Annual plans
Annual hosting plans are also covered by the 30-day money-back guarantee from the date of initial purchase. After 30 days, the remaining term of an annual plan is non-refundable.
