Privacy Policy
Effective date: July 21, 2026
Information we collect
- Account information — your name, email address, and billing address when you create an account or place an order.
- Payment information — card payments are processed by our payment processor, Stripe. We do not see or store your full card number; we retain only limited billing records (such as the last four digits, amount, and date) needed for invoicing and accounting.
- Service information — the domain names, hosting plans, and website content associated with your account.
- Support communications — messages you send us through our contact form, email, or support requests.
- Technical and log data — server logs, IP addresses, and access records generated automatically when you or your visitors use our servers, used for security, troubleshooting, and abuse prevention.
- Cookies — we use a session cookie to keep you signed in to the client portal. We do not use advertising trackers.
How we use your information
- To provide, provision, and manage your hosting services.
- To process payments and send invoices and receipts.
- To provide customer support and respond to your inquiries.
- To send account, billing, and service notifications.
- To secure our servers and prevent fraud and abuse.
- To comply with legal, tax, and accounting obligations.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers needed to operate our business — such as our payment processor (Stripe) and the data-center and server infrastructure that powers your hosting — and only as needed to deliver the service. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect our rights, our customers, or the public.
Data retention
We keep your information for as long as your account is active and as needed afterward to meet legal, tax, and accounting requirements, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
Your choices and rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, subject to records we are legally required to keep. To make a request, email us at hello@faithharborwebhosting.com. You can also update your account details by signing in to the client portal.
Security
We protect data in transit with SSL/TLS encryption, restrict access to your account information, and keep automatic daily backups of hosted data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to safeguard your information.
Children’s privacy
Our services are intended for businesses and adults. They are not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date above and post the updated policy on this page.
