Privacy Policy

Effective date: July 21, 2026

Faith Harbor LLC, doing business as Faith Harbor Web Hosting (“Faith Harbor,” “we,” “us”), respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. We do not sell your personal information.

Information we collect

How we use your information

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers needed to operate our business — such as our payment processor (Stripe) and the data-center and server infrastructure that powers your hosting — and only as needed to deliver the service. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect our rights, our customers, or the public.

Data retention

We keep your information for as long as your account is active and as needed afterward to meet legal, tax, and accounting requirements, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

Your choices and rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, subject to records we are legally required to keep. To make a request, email us at hello@faithharborwebhosting.com. You can also update your account details by signing in to the client portal.

Security

We protect data in transit with SSL/TLS encryption, restrict access to your account information, and keep automatic daily backups of hosted data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to safeguard your information.

Children’s privacy

Our services are intended for businesses and adults. They are not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date above and post the updated policy on this page.
