Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) applies to all services provided by Faith Harbor Web Hosting.

Prohibited Activities

• Unauthorized access attempts, scanning, or exploitation.
• Malware, phishing, credential theft, or deceptive content.
• Spam or unsolicited bulk email; operating open relays.
• Illegal content, copyright infringement, or distribution of pirated material.
• Content that promotes violence, harassment, or threats.
• Cryptomining without explicit permission; resource abuse (CPU/RAM/disk/bandwidth).
• DDoS attacks or hosting tools designed for disruption.

Resource & Security Rules

• Keep your applications updated and patched.
• Do not store sensitive secrets in public repos.
• Do not expose admin panels without authentication.

Enforcement

We may suspend or terminate services for AUP violations to protect our network and customers. In urgent cases, we may act immediately.
